Lena Sledge's Blog: Review Policy

**I am currently NOT accepting any book reviews for the remaining year of 2012. I will begin accepting submission for reviews again beginning in February of 2013. Thanks.**

Authors, Publishers, Agents, Etc.

I do accept books for review, below are the following guidelines to genres I consider. I am also open to author interviews, giveaways, swag & blog tours. Just contact me at my email address below or use the contact button (looks like a white envelope) below on the toolbar and I will reply as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day.

Genres and Book Types Accepted

My blog is geared towards fiction only. On occasion I may do a non-fiction book review by a guest blogger. My reviews are however mainly fiction. I’m open to all genres, including young adult fiction. I do NOT review children's books. I will accept any type of physical book published from any time including paperbacks, hardbacks, ARCs, and galleys. I do accept books gifted through Kindle or Ipad. I will not download any books that don't configure with the Kindle or Ipad format. I Will NOT download any word documents or attachments.

Expected Time Frame

Once I receive your book, I try to review the book within 1-3 months. If the book needs to be reviewed at an expedited time, please contact me before sending the book and I'll try to accomodate, although I do not make any guarantees. There are times when I absolutely cannot finish reading a book and if that should occur, I will state so in my review and give an honest reason as to why I couldn't.

My rating system is as follows in the picture below. I strictly adhere to this rating only and I also give feedback as to why the book received such rating.
